Our post today is from the studio of architects GrupoIAS in which they have presented to us their latest Project of interior reform and design in Sanchinarro in Madrid. Although the apartment was new the owners wanted to give it a more personal and individual look. The studio did this by removing false ceilings giving a wider sensation of space. They also changed all of the doors and parquet floors keeping in line with the colour of each area. The lighting indirect made possible by using modern plasterboard which gives the flat a more comfortable look and which is reflected gently on the painted paper walls. The bathroom with its uniquely designed pieces designed by the team is exquisite A new shower wall to wall was installed in folded steel sheet and lacquered black gloss the rest of the furniture like the washbasin furniture are custom-made and lacquered brown satin to match the panel that covers the bathtub and walls finished in pale tones. All of the furniture has been designed by the studio, made to measure but the focal point is most defiantly the dining table made of natural wood this piece comes from the ground crossing the wall to finish with an impressive glass countertop. A beautiful project well carried out.
