Fernando Alda the famous architecture photographer has invited us to post one of his latest projects which is this indoor municipal swimming pool in Constantina, Sevilla in the south of Spain. The pool which has won an award for its restoration and innovative project is a perfect example of how with good background knowledge and knowhow and without a doubt an excellent team of architects, you can turn this building into some new and invigorating with style and what’s more without spoiling the topography of the landscape. This project was carried out by Fernando Suarez Corchete, Lorenzo Muro Álvarez and Miguel Ángel Gómez Casero. “The architectural design emphasizes solar protection and privacy, supplemented by the proper use of materials” and also quoted that “The building tries to fit in the landscaped area with small curves on its continuous facade, made of wood-cement boards Built on a low budget it just goes to show that you don’t have to loose on quality or design as this group of architects have demonstrated.
